I just wanted to write to let you know that I personally had a wonderful experience working with your Fairfax location (at Dulles) this past week! It all started when I found that my parent's house basement had flooded due to a leaky, 25+ year old water heater. It just so happened that I rarely checked on their home (the house was empty because my parents were visiting overseas) but I just felt like checking on their house because of all the bad storms we had been having. Lo and behold, on the night of July 4th, as soon as I stepped on the carpet, it splashed back at me and it was all downhill from there. I had never experienced a basement flood and had no idea how to even begin the process of what to do w/ clean up, reporting to home insurance, etc. State Farm recommended several places to call including your company. I called on Friday morning and Tina helped me right away, she knew exactly what to do and guided me through the whole process!! I'm so thankful that I met her, she was very understanding and sympathetic to the whole situation. It was so comforting to be able to rest in her very capable hands!! It was because of her suggestion to get started on clean up right away that I decided to move ahead w/ it and I am so happy that we did b/c the fans were loud but able to run while the house was still empty...
My mom returned yesterday to a very different but DRY basement and I think that in the midst of being jetlagged and exhausted from caring for a loved one, she is very thankful that the clean up process started early too!!
Again, my deepest thanks to Tina and each service person that came out to the house through the week/weekend, everyone was SUPER and I can't thank you enough!! I put a great review on Yelp and I'll definitely refer you to friends/family/strangers :)
